Travelling with your kids to Tagaytay is fun and easy because of its close proximity to Manila. Here are lists of kid-friendly hotels and attractions to check out!
Taal Vista Hotel is a big hotel with a vast ground where kids can run and roll on. Their bedrooms are spacious with cushy beds that kids would love to jump on. They also have a Kid’s Club Area, an indoor play area with a slide, balls, and assorted books.
Complimentary breakfast buffet is also a fabulous treat for the young ones, with lots of fruit juices, cheeses, pastries and savory goodies to choose from. There is also a Kid’s Station at the open buffet in the Veranda Restaurant, which is specifically designed to let them grab their own food by themselves.

Eco Hotel Tagaytay is a cozy boutique hotel with snug wooden bedrooms where kids can find a sense of warmth in amid the chilly air outside. It is filled with accessories all crafted with recyclable materials, giving kids extraordinary ideas to create functional items or toys out of stuff like plastic spoons, egg cartons, driftwood twigs, plastic bottles, bottle caps and more. The hotel also takes care of a fluffy Bichon, named Blue, which makes for a cuddly pet to play with there.

Sonya’s Garden Bed and Breakfast brings children into the art of living amid nature. Within a profoundly pleasant living space of traditional Filipino interiors complimenting the vibrant nature around, children are gently drawn into the heart of Mother Nature, where their connection to it lies in the privilege of sensing a variety of flowers everywhere, understanding the growth of food crops into the seasons, communicating with birds and insects of diverse species, honing self-respect and respect for others through unstructured rhythm, indulging in flavourful food that they have picked from the garden, and seeing people caring for the fields from which their food grows. Reservation is a must so do contact them before visiting!
For kid-friendly attractions, here are fun-filled destinations where you and your family will enjoy:
Sky Ranch lures families in with its imposing projection of a humongous ferriswheel. For something as big as this, you might as well get in and experience it with older kids. Kids below 5 have limited fun rides to choose from, while older ones have more. My four-year old daughter, Luna enjoyed very much Merry-Go-Round, the Horseback Riding and the mini boat swaying ride even after seeing a couple of boys crying for fear while riding with their dad.
